Propra turns 1!

Propra’s hit a major milestone, our 1 year anniversary! To celebrate, we’re looking back at the key moments of the past year that provided us with the foundation to launch new products, grow our revenue, and expand our team.


Our top highlights:


  • Propra’s inception – We partnered with Harvest Builders, Chris Simair,  Adam Froese, Andrew Chau, and Jeff Adamson, and together built the foundation for continued success.


  • Team growth and team culture – We welcomed an exceptionally talented group of 20+ people to drive Propra’s mission forward, and our team continues to expand. (Interested in joining our team? Check out our open roles here!)


  • MVP Market Launch – We launched our MVP in month 4! Big thank you to our development team alongside Harvest Builders’ marketing and design team, especially Matt Kuypers, Art Director at Harvest, for getting us there.


  • Product Development – We’ve built and enhanced our features to include: maintenance solutions, a tenant interface, property manager dashboard, IOS & Android apps and service accounting. Our product roadmap continues to evolve quickly with the input from our customers as we unlock new features and work towards offering a fully comprehensive solution.


  • Revenue growth – We signed our first customer in month 5 and have continued to add more and more doors every month.


  • Media Recognition – Our efforts were acknowledged by the reputable Forbes, Calgary Herald, Live Tech and more!



  • Award Recognition – We were awarded $5K for the People's Choice in the UPStart Venture Challenge hosted by Queen’s Venture Network and Smith Centre for Business Venturing (CBV) in December 2021.
